FREQUENT TRAVELLER PASSPORTS
The Frequent Traveller Passport (FTP) will be discontinued from 1 December 2017.
The overall demand for FTPs has decreased as more countries are issuing electronic visas.
Please discuss options on replacement passports with your nearest diplomatic mission.

We encourage use of this online registration service by Australians planning to reside overseas for extended periods, and those travelling to locations where there are security risks.

The Australian federal election will be held on Saturday 2 July 2016. It is now too late to enrol to vote for this election.
Online applications for a postal vote (for those already registered to vote) are available on the AEC website at www.aec.gov.au. Your application for a postal vote must be received by the AEC 29 June 2016.
The Australian High Commission, Honiara will be open for in person pre-poll voting on weekdays from 9:30am – 4:30 pm commencing 20 June until Friday 1 July 2016.
The High Commission will not be open for voting on Election Day.
In order to be granted access to vote in person at the High Commission, you will need to bring your current Australian passport as identification. There are no exceptions to this policy.
