Information about Australian visas, including how to apply, and Australian citizenship is available at www.border.gov.au.
Visa applications for travellers to Australia may be lodged either on-line (where permitted or required) or through an Australian Visa Application Centre (AVAC). Applications for Australian citizenship may also be lodged on-line or through an AVAC.
The AVAC can assist you with pre-lodgement information about visas and citizenship, and with lodging your application. Where you are required to apply for your visa on-line and cannot access the internet the AVAC may be able to assist you. The AVAC is the only channel through which you may lodge paper applications. Visa applications cannot be accepted at the Australian High Commission, Honiara.
The AVAC in Solomon Islands is located at:
Suite 214, Hyundai Mall
The AVAC is open 8.30am to 4.30pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
You may contact the AVAC by telephone on (+677) 20 003, from 8.30am to 4.30pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
You may contact the AVAC by e-mail at email@example.com.
The AVAC website is www.ttsaustralia.com.
